When you installing this software you are expected to have appropriate rights.
Otherwise ask your net-administrator.

>>> If this is not possible start Cimset95 everytime you open a DOS-prompt <<<

Hint for all users if you are unsuccessfull with implictly set environment:
- Some DOS-commanders will not work with Cimset95. The only possibility is to
  run the commander from batch after environment setting.

Hints for NT users:
- CimsetNT.exe sets the environment variables to win registry:
    HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Environment

- You can set the environment without the CimsetNT either:
    Go to: Start/Settings/Control Panel/System/Environment/User variables for..
    Edit the variables to set them as in the bath Cimset95.bat and press Aply.
    Then start a DOS-prompt. Cim should work.

- If these changes will not stay when rebooting try to set the variables
    to System variables field and press Aply.
